Online purchases

The content available on the Site is available to you for information only and we have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible.

Bear Grills Counter Ltd accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of using the Site's content or materials; you are solely responsible for the consequences of your use of the Site's content and materials.

Contact details

Our primary method of communication with you is by email, so please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.


In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone.


Online Orders for delivery will only be accepted from addresses with postcodes which lie within our delivery area as determined by our postcode finder (subject to a minimum delivery order value - please refer to our Delivery Charges).


Online Orders may only be placed during the Online Ordering Service opening times which are clearly displayed on our Menu pages.


Your credit/debit card payment must be approved by you credit/debit card company and pass our verification checks before the order is confirmed.  We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards. 

Delivery address

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order so please ensure you provide your correct address.


All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact you by phone to inform you and offer you a full refund.


By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in our Privacy Policy Statement.

We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability.
